AIR CONDITIONNED
You can adjust the temperature of the air conditioning according to your wishes using the control box located at the entrance to your room.
ALLERGIES
Depending on your food intolerances, do not hesitate to inform us so that we can adapt and personalize your breakfast and room service as best as possible.
B
BABY-SITTING
The front desk (9) is at your disposal if you want a particular babysitter profile in order to look after your children.
BREAKFAST
To give all its flavor to the intimacy of your stay, the hotel offers its breakfasts from 7 to 11 am. They will be served in the basement lounge, at the reception or in your room for 18 euros per person.
BAR
We offer a wide selection of drinks, wines, and bubbles. You can order them in your room by dialing 9 or take advantage of our lounge area. The card is available online or at reception.
C
CHECK-IN
Check-in is scheduled for 3 :00 p.m. However, if you arrive before the check-in time and your room is not ready, we can keep your bags in our luggage storage.
CHECK-OUT
The departure is at 12h00. If you wish to leave your room after the usual 12 noon time, you can contact Reception, which will do its best to allow you a late check-out, depending on the availability of your room.
CHILD
Room arrangements are available on request, as soon as you make your reservation or upon request from reception (9). Bed for sleeping a child under three years old, and high chair at your disposal.
COURIER
For any trip to be made in Paris, all you need to do is specify your request at front desk (9).

DOGS
Dogs weighing less than 15 kilograms are accepted at the property.
DAMAGE
The exclusive decoration of your room has been given special care in every detail. Also, if some of them were inadvertently damaged, the hotel would be obliged to pass these degradations on to your bill.
DO NOT DISTURB
If you do not want to be disturbed, you are invited to report it to Reception so that your phone calls are not forwarded to you in your room. In order to best preserve your peace of mind, do not hesitate to ask Reception to have your room prepared only at the time that suits you best.
DOCTOR
If you urgently need a medical consultation, you can contact the front desk. For superficial wounds, dressings and antiseptics are available (9).

ECOLOGY
In order to preserve the environment, we invite our guests staying at the hotel for several nights, to leave each day on the floor, only the towels that the housekeepers must change. This small gesture helps reduce the planet’s water consumption.
Also, bed sheets will be changed every four nights for more than five nights stays. We will be happy to change it more often on request.
ELECTRICITY
In hotel rooms, you must insert your key card into the electrical box located at the entrance of your room to operate the lamps. All the electrical outlets in your room are supplied 24/24 for charging your electrical devices.

FLOWERS
If you wish to send flowers or are fortunate enough to receive them, the front desk (9) is at your disposal for any sending or receiving of a bouquet.
FIRE SAFETY
Please take note of the fire and safety instructions posted in your room and in the hallways upon your arrival. It is suggested that you find out about the emergency exit closest to your room.
FRIDGE
We can keep any product fresh on request thanks to our refrigerator. Reach out to our team if needed.

HAIR DRYER
A hairdryer is available in the bathroom.
HOUSEKEEPER
Your room is under the care of a maid. In addition, by hanging up the “Do not disturb” leaflet, you are telling him not to intervene. If you would like a specific time for your room to be prepared, do not hesitate to notify the Reception (9). You can also contact the Reception to make additional available to you : Towels, Duvet, Hangers...
HEATER
Your room is equipped with two types of heating:
- Reversible heating: you can adjust the temperature to your liking from the air conditioning control panel located at the entrance to your room.
- Gas heating: Reception is at your disposal to regulate the traditional radiator.

IRONING
If you want to steam your clothes yourself, an iron and ironing board can be brought to your room (9).

KEY-CARD
If you are sharing your room, you can ask Reception to give each occupant their own key card. In addition to the access it allows to your room, this key-card also activates the power supply there, once inserted into the switch located at the entrance. This key-card is to be removed from the switch when you leave the room. In order not to alter the operation of this switch, it is also required not to insert any other elements in it than your card key. Finally, this key-card also allows the opening of the front door of the hotel thanks to the small reading box located under the bell.

LUGGAGE
Your luggage can be taken care of from your room when you leave: all you need to do is contact the front desk (9). During your stay, if you would like your luggage to be kept in the hotel luggage storage, do not hesitate to contact Reception (9). You can also leave your luggage for a morning arrival or a late departure. The Reception is at your disposal (9).
LUGGAGE RACK
We offer on request, a luggage rack for more comfort.
For this, you can contact the reception from your room (9).
LAUNDRY / DRY CLEANING
We work with a partner laundry. If you wish to take advantage of it, prices and bags are available on request.
LOST OR FORGOTTEN ITEM
If you think you have lost a personal item in the hotel, please contact Reception. (9) Also, if you forgot any of the following items for your trip, shaving cream, razor, toothbrush, toothpaste, contact Reception (9).

MAIL AND PARCELS
All mail and parcels received for you are kept at reception and will be handed over to you upon arrival or return. Depending on your prior request, they can also be brought up to your room. (9)

NON-SMOKING
All interior areas of the hotel are smoke-free, both in all rooms and in the lobby. You are kindly requested to respect this rule for the comfort of all. If this instruction is not observed, the smoke detectors are triggered and cause a fire alarm. In addition, in the event that tobacco odors are noticed in your room, the hotel will be obliged to have an external company clean and deodorize your room, which will be billed to you for a lump sum of € 200.00.
